Barnstaple Town Centre Management
Barnstaple Town Centre Management has been in place in the town since 1997 and is a private/public sector partnership with the aim to improve the viability, prosperity, well-being and vitality of the town centre through effective partnership working and works to the following four key objectives:
To monitor, sustain and advance Barnstaple’s economy
To ensure that Barnstaple’s community is engaged with issues that affect its well-being
To ensure that a quality environment is achieved and maintained within the town centre
To provide a balance and achieve appropriate travel facilities to safeguard and enhance Barnstaple’s accessibility to all
