Town Centre Regeneration

North Devon Council, together with a number of key agencies including Town Centre Management and Devon County Council, is working on a number of projects that will dramatically change Barnstaple over the coming years.

The council is working closely with all the agencies involved in these projects, to make sure that the impact of the regeneration is managed carefully. With a number of key developments taking place in Barnstaple at the same time, it is important to minimise the disruption to the town and take advantage of the opportunities for working together to reduce costs and share resources.

The team managing the Barnstaple regeneration project is overseen by the Executive of North Devon Council. The project management group meets monthly and work to a number of goals.
