Customer Survey

This survey will be permanently available to complete online. The aim of the survey is to find out how you feel about our town centre, how often you use it, and how you think it can be improved. The survey should take no more than 15 minutes to complete. The results will be published annually.

For the purposes of this survey the "town centre" is defined as the geographic area within the urban relief road (with the exception of the tennis/leisure centre). This area includes all main commercial locations including High Street, Boutport Street, Green Lanes Shopping Centre, Joy Street, Bear Street, Cross Street, Market Street, Holland Walk, Gammon Walk, The Strand, The Square, Tuly Street, Church Lane/St Peters Churchyard.
