Join us for a session of relaxation, learning, and connection, followed by a cup of tea and a chat with fellow participants. Leave feeling refreshed and rejuvenated by taking some time for you.
This class is open to all, and delves into the science behind yoga and its positive impact on overall well-being. You can access the class on a chair or a mat, which ever you feel most comfortable. You will be encouraged to take everything at your own pace and do what feels right for you. Join all three sessions if you can or come along for one or two.
