FoodFest Terms and conditions

  • Stand holders must observe current Food Hygiene Regulations and have adequate Public Liability Insurance.

  • Exhibitors are reminded that it is their responsibility to ensure that they comply with any food safety,

    health & safety, employment, licencing and any other relevant legislation.

  • Each exhibitor is responsible for carrying out a risk assessment of their designated area to

    ensure that all potential risks are minimised.

  • Stands must be set up by 9.45am and not closed down before 3.30pm.

  • The use of gazebos/umbrellas is not permitted, A-frame marketing boards will not be permitted in the aisles

  • No vehicles will be allowed within the Pannier Market during the event.

  • Electricity is available to stands but must be booked on the application form.

  • All electrical equipment must be listed with loading and carry a current PAT test.

    This will be strictly policed and any unapproved item will be removed.

  • Exhibitors may wish to o er samples of their products for tasting including cooked products.

    This must be stated on the form and the necessary regulations observed.

  • Where possible electrical equipment should be used for cooking tasters/products.

  • Written approval of gas cooking will be required by the Event Committee.

  • Only products on the application form may be sold.

  • Bookings cannot and will not be accepted without completed application forms and stand payments in full.

  • Stands/Pitches must not be dismantled or moved prior to o cial event closing time.

  • The committee reserves the right to refuse any application.

Information

  • The event will be open to the public from 10am-3.30pm.

  • Whilst every e ort will be made to meet the requirements of exhibitors we cannot guarantee exact positions.

  • Corner stands maybe left or right hand arrangement.

  • Please ensure that adequate stock levels are present for the entire day

  • All applications will be reviewed by the Event Committee to ensure a diverse range of products

    and to confirm the floor plan. Please note priority will be given to North Devon Businesses.

  • Confirmation of exhibitors will be sent out at the beginning of September.

    Payment will be required at this point to secure your booking.

  • Full set up instructions will be sent out in advance of the event which exhibitors must strictly adhere to.
