The Boutport Cafe

Hello there, and a very warm welcome to Boutport Cafe! We’re absolutely delighted to have you join us here in our little haven, right in the heart of beautiful Barnstaple. We’re Alex and Hannah, and we’re so thrilled to be continuing the tradition of this wonderful cafe, serving up delicious, locally sourced food and artisan drinks.

For us, Boutport Cafe isn’t just a business; it’s a passion. We believe in supporting our local community, which is why we work closely with farmers and suppliers from around Devon to bring you the freshest, most flavourful ingredients. Every coffee, every cake, and every sandwich is made with care and a real love for what we do. We’re also incredibly proud to have been recognised by Restaurant Guru as the ‘Best Café’ for 2025, a testament to the hard work and dedication we put into every aspect of our cafe.

We’ve worked hard to create a warm and welcoming atmosphere where everyone feels at home. It’s a place to relax, catch up with friends, or simply enjoy a quiet moment with a good book and a great cup of tea. And, of course, we’re a 100% dog-friendly cafe, so please do bring your furry companions along – we love meeting them!
