FREE Summer Holidays Session For Veterans & Serving Personnel Families
You shouldn’t have to choose between looking after your own wellbeing and spending time with your kids.
If you’re serving or a veteran, you already know how limited quality family time can be. Weekends don’t always line up, and school holidays can fill fast. Time with your children matters and so does staying connected to others who understand military life.
On Wednesday 29th July (School Summer Holidays), we’re opening a Root Cause Project session so children (aged 6+) partners and family members can come along. This is a chance to slow things down midweek: time outdoors, straightforward practical skills, campfire brews, and space to reconnect, as a family and as part of the military community.
Bring the kids. Take a breath. Step out of routine.
We’ll meet you by the fire.
Root Cause Project is run by veterans, combining our lived military experience, bushcraft, survival skills, mental health and education knowledge to support the wellbeing and mental health of the military community.
