Traditionally worked on the feet, Reflexology treats the whole person, creating a state of harmony in both mind and body, it’s like meditating without effort. It is incredibly relaxing and when the body is relaxed it is then able to heal, restore and energise itself.

Reflexology is suitable for all ages, from baby to adult, and can be especially helpful for managing long-term and recurring conditions.  Clients have treatments for many reasons including relieving foot pain, managing menopausal symptoms, fertility, headaches & migraines, insomnia, digestive disorders, relief from blocked sinuses, stress relief & relaxation.
