Pearce Construction

Pearce Construction was founded in North Devon before the 2WW and incorporated at companies house in 1946. Operating from our offices in Barnstaple, North Devon we have two divisions; namely Contracting and Pearce Homes.

Our principal area of operation is Cornwall, Devon and West Somerset and represents destinations within one hour travelling distance from Barnstaple.

Pearce offer traditional buiding services that include new build commercial and domestic housing.

We are an NFB Heritage Approved Constractor and carry out refurbishment, preservation and enhancement as well as conversion or extending heritage assetts in the area.

In Barnstaple along with our office base we have our own Joinery shop and offer bespoke joinery solutions to our clients.
