Sister Motion is a production house and creative agency that offers a niche creative solution to brands and businesses that want to connect more authentically with dominant female consumers by producing content that speaks directly to women.

We strive to work with clients who present courageous values and share our drive to challenge stereotypes and produce content that helps build a more tolerant society. We do this in two ways:

Firstly, by working on projects that amplify women’s voices, celebrate their achievements, and tackle the issues that are important to them.

Secondly, by hiring women and underrepresented talent to help close the gender gap in production. At the current rate of progress, gender equity 

in the screen industries, where women occupy 

50% of key creative positions will only be achieved in the year 2085 in the UK. We believe that the lack of women making creative decisions behind the camera forms barriers to social progression that hold women back.

Sister Motion produces content for all types of screens on any platform in addition to branding and web design. Founders Nicky Woodhouse and Claire Brown each have more than 25 years cross-sector industry experience and have worked with the world’s leading brands, businesses and charities.
