Rosemary trained at the Royal College of Art in the 1960s and became a cherished local artist in North Devon, known for sitting out with her sketchbook and paints, observing Barnstaple as it changed over time.

Her work is a portrait of the town: its buildings, its character, and the small moments that make a place feel like home.
